Changed your mind? Return unworn, unused items with their tags within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Earrings can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless they're faulty

• Returns are free with the prepaid label in your parcel

• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return
